Effective January 2026 · Standard Terms
1. Scope of Engagement
All development, design, and consulting engagements with APTDEVS are governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents defining specific deliverables, milestone dates, and fixed remuneration schedules.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payment in full, 100% of all intellectual property, source code repositories, design assets, and custom frontend systems created specifically for the project are permanently transferred to the client.
3. Post-Launch Warranty
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all production deliverables from DNS launch date, covering any functional deviations from approved specifications at zero additional charge.
